By accessing or using Bookwave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Bookwave provides audio-text synchronization for EPUB and audiobook files. We generate a synced EPUB and related artifacts.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
User Content
You represent that you have the rights to upload and process the files you submit. You retain ownership of your files.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
Payments
Syncs are paid per book. Prices and beta offers are disclosed at checkout.
Refund Policy
Bookwave follows Paddle's refund policy for one-time purchases.
- Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- You can submit a refund request from your dashboard or by contacting support at antonio@bookwave.ink.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Data Retention
Artifacts are stored temporarily to provide the service. We may delete uploads and artifacts after a limited period.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookwave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
